Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you use the founding-pilot contact form, we may collect your name, phone number or email address, and the business profile you select, including its business name, Google Place ID, address or service area, and Google Maps link. If you enter the business manually, we collect the business name and city or service area you provide. We also record the date, time, page source, landing-page URL, and campaign parameters associated with the request.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, request timestamps, and error or security logs. This version of the site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

How we use information

We use information to review founding-pilot eligibility, assess market and listing fit, respond to your request, communicate about screening, prevent abuse, maintain site security, and keep necessary business records. If you later become a client, a separate agreement may describe additional information and processing needed to provide the service and measure progress.

Legal bases and consent

Depending on where you live, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before a possible contract, for legitimate business interests such as responding to inquiries and securing the site, or to meet legal obligations. Submitting the form does not enroll you in the pilot or create a service agreement.

Google profile search and service providers

When you type in the Google profile search, Google Maps Platform processes the search text and technical request information needed to suggest matching businesses. Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We receive the profile details you select, not every suggestion displayed to you.

We do not sell or rent form information. Requests are processed by FormSubmit solely to deliver them to MapsLeader. Google, hosting, security, and communications providers may also process limited data needed to provide their services, operate the site, and respond. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on whether an inquiry becomes a client relationship. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent for future processing, though this does not affect processing already completed. Applicable rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Children, international use, and external links

This service is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about a child. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, form integration, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
