Terms of service
These website terms govern use of the MapsLeader site and founding-pilot request form. A separate written agreement is required before any service begins.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, impersonate another person or business, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the content to violate another person’s rights.
Pilot requests are not service agreements
Submitting a form is a request for review only. It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, availability, ranking, response timing, or any particular result, and it does not create a client relationship. MapsLeader may accept or decline candidates based on market competitiveness, listing readiness, service-area fit, capacity, pilot priorities, or other legitimate business considerations.
Founding pilot offer
If MapsLeader selects your business for the founding pilot, MapsLeader will optimize your Google Business Profile for free. Selection is discretionary and subject to capacity, business fit, listing readiness, and a separate written engagement plan. That plan will describe the included work, access required, client responsibilities, measurement method, timing, and termination terms. Any optional third-party expense must be disclosed and approved by you before purchase.
Free pilot work does not begin automatically when you submit the form. Both parties must first agree to the engagement plan. Any service outside the pilot scope or after the pilot ends requires a separate agreement and will not begin automatically.
No unconditional ranking guarantee
MapsLeader works to improve local search visibility but does not make an unconditional promise that every applicant will rank in the top three. Search and map rankings are controlled by third-party platforms and can change based on location, device, query, competitors, platform updates, business changes, and other factors outside MapsLeader’s control. Eligibility, targets, and measurement must be agreed after screening.
Case study results and testimonials
Results from the founding pilot will be measured and used for a MapsLeader case study. The engagement plan will describe the baseline, progress data, final results, measurement method, and how those objective results may be presented. MapsLeader may use de-identified or aggregated results without identifying your business. Public use of your identity, business name, logo, filmed comments, or testimonial requires separate permission.
A positive testimonial, endorsement, or referral is not required. Any public statement attributed to you must reflect your honest experience, and the pilot does not depend on positive feedback.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, copy, original visual elements, and MapsLeader branding are owned by or licensed to MapsLeader and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. MapsLeader is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and inquiry. To the extent permitted by law, MapsLeader disclaims implied warranties relating to this website. MapsLeader is not responsible for third-party sites or platforms. To the extent permitted by law, MapsLeader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this informational site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing terms and changes
A future client’s signed engagement plan will identify governing law, dispute terms, and service-specific rights. Questions about these terms may be sent to hi@mapsleader.com. We may update these website terms; continued use after an update means the current version applies to later use.
